Tom Thumb Weekly Ad - In 2015, the parent company, Apecition Lake, completed a deal with Safeway involving Tom Thompson Stores. Today, as part of the southern company division, Tom Thumb runs 57 stores as part of the Southern Albertsons Section in North Texas, which is part of a 20,000-store operation that employs nearly 265,000 people across the country.

All of our stores, regardless of the banner they operate under, are founded around the philosophy of offering customers the products they want to buy at a fair price, with lots of tender, loving care. We still open our doors every day today with this in mind, and because of that, we run really great stores.
